ggpaldo Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ggpaldo ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ggpaldo website located at https://ggpaldo.net and all associated services, platforms, games, applications, and promotional content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ggpaldo, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ggpaldo operates under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gambling operations in the Philippines. All services offered on the Platform are subject to PAGCOR regulations, which take precedence in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

To register for and use the ggpaldo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ggpaldo or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, under PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming program or any equivalent program.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. ggpaldo reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued identification such as a Philippine driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ggpaldo may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) player account on the ggpaldo Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ggpaldo employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit associated balances upon discovery.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered mobile number, email address, and payment method information, remain accurate and up to date.
• Notifying ggpaldo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ggpaldo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, social media, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately as a potential phishing attempt. ggpaldo accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Player accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. ggpaldo will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will not reduce a player's real-money balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required identity verification steps.

All financial transactions on the ggpaldo Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ggpaldo accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CliQQ, and Bayad Center. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is maintained on the Platform's cashier page.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• ggpaldo does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 60 minutes of approval; bank transfers within one (1) business day.
• ggpaldo reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ₱50,000.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Section 5 for details.

ggpaldo offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ggpaldo promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and over who are in good standing.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• ggpaldo reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate as stated per promotion.
• Bonuses that have not been claimed or used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically.
• ggpaldo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that any changes do not adversely affect players who have already accepted and started wagering on an active bonus.

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while completing wagering requirements — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hustling" — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and account suspension.

All casino games available on the ggpaldo Platform — including but not limited to slots, Fortune Bingo, Dragon Tiger, live dealer tables, and bingo rooms — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by licensed studio operators subject to independent oversight.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealing procedures and are not influenced by ggpaldo or any player.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel and represents a long-term statistical average, not a guarantee of individual session results.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a round, ggpaldo's decision regarding the settlement of the affected bet shall be final. ggpaldo's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the wager placed on the affected round.
• Bets confirmed and accepted by the Platform's servers are binding. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• ggpaldo reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is credible evidence of technical error, software fault, or manipulation.

Specific game rules for each title are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules, paytables, and features of any game before wagering real money.

ggpaldo offers sports betting markets on a range of domestic and international sporting events, including PBA (Philippine Basketball Association), NBA, UFC, ONE Championship, Philippine boxing, and football leagues. Sports betting is subject to these general Terms as well as ggpaldo's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform.

Key conditions applicable to all sports betting activity on ggpaldo:

• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation, as recorded by ggpaldo's betting servers.
• Bet Acceptance: ggpaldo reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or that exceed published maximum stake limits for a given market.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with ggpaldo's Sports Betting Rules. Generally, bets on events that do not commence within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance delay. ggpaldo reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per player per day apply. Current limits are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

ggpaldo strictly prohibits any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will be immediately suspended, relevant winnings will be withheld, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities as required.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggpaldo Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent from ggpaldo.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any other game format where collaboration creates an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform. Any winnings derived from known technical errors may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal facilities.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting ggpaldo's support team.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ggpaldo staff or other players in any communication channel.

ggpaldo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

ggpaldo provides the following responsible gaming tools, available through the player account settings or upon request to the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time reminders that notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net wagering activity.

ggpaldo complies fully with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. Players who are subject to a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion order are not eligible to hold an account on the Platform. All content on the ggpaldo Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio-visual elements, and data compilations — is the property of ggpaldo or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission from ggpaldo.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use ggpaldo's name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of ggpaldo's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

ggpaldo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to ggpaldo's collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ggpaldo may share your personal data with:

• PAGCOR and other Philippine government regulatory bodies as required by law.
• The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in the event of a mandatory report.
• Third-party payment processors necessary to facilitate your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification service providers engaged to complete KYC procedures.

ggpaldo does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. For a full description of your data rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggpaldo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggpaldo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggpaldo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond ggpaldo's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or PAGCOR-mandated suspensions.
• Any losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or local banks.
• Any consequence of a player's violation of these Terms or applicable Philippine law.

Nothing in these Terms limits ggpaldo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Either you or ggpaldo may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your account by submitting a written request to [email protected]. ggpaldo will process account closure requests within five (5) business days, provided there are no pending withdraw als, open bets, or outstanding verification requirements at the time of the request.

ggpaldo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ggpaldo is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• ggpaldo reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Continued operation of your account would expose ggpaldo to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, ggpaldo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, your verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and ggpaldo, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ggpaldo's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Support Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. ggpaldo will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to ggpaldo's Compliance team. A final written decision will be issued within fifteen (15) business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting ggpaldo's internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
4. Step 4 — Courts: Any dispute not resolved through the above steps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

ggpaldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be required for reasons including regulatory updates issued by PAGCOR, changes in applicable Philippine law, new product features, or operational necessity.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ggpaldo will notify registered players via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon your next login.
• An email notification sent to your registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
